Southeastern College is seeking programmatic accreditation with the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) for its Surgical Technology Associate in Applied Science degree programs at the Columbia and North Charleston South Carolina campuses and the Charlotte North Carolina campus. Once programmatic accreditation is achieved, students who complete the program requirements will be eligible to sit for the National Board on Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification exam.
